Remuneration 

Sticitt earns its revenue through platform integration, subscription, and transaction fees paid directly by our users and clients. We do not earn referral fees or commissions and do not sell any data we collect.

Conflicts of Interest 

Sticitt and RainFin have adopted and implemented a conflict of interest management policy that complies with the provisions of the FAIS Act. Neither Sticitt nor RainFin receive any compensation or commission from the product suppliers whose products are available through our platform, and no product suppliers hold an ownership interest in either Sticitt or RainFin. Protection of Personal Information (POPI)

Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) 

In terms of FICA, Sticitt is an Accountable Institution and a registered Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP), and RainFin is also an Accountable Institution. We are required to strictly identify all prospective clients and investors, verify the information provided, and keep records of verification documents. We are also obliged to report to the authorities any suspicious and unusual transactions that might facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing.

We reserve the right to deny any person access to the platform or services if we are not satisfied that we have fulfilled our obligations under FICA.
